Adelaide, June 2024, Night

A highly-detailed mosaic of the Adelaide cityscape using 1980 images stitched together using different exposures to retain High Dynamic Range (HDR). Images were taken from 9 kilometres away. The limiting factor in quality is not magnification, but the changing atmosphere along the path.

A comparison between the Adelaide cityscape from June and September in 2024. Two buildings are visibly under construction, one being the Victoria Tower (an Auta Group development). The differing illumination is caused by the change in moon phase and its position in the sky.
